The use of “airbrushing” in softcore pornography (and other print media) to promote an unrealistic expectation of beauty has long been suspected by conspiracy theorist. With the release of these documents, there is no longer any doubt: the images we see in magazines, on billboards, TV and the Internet are likely retouched.
